Guess where, Birmingham, 2nd October 2013

I'm not going to say much, but we had another thoroughly enjoyable lunch at a certain recently michelin-starred restaurant in Birmingham:

Guinea fowl, apple, pickled onion, olives

Lamb belly, tomato cous cous, red pepper

Textures of chocolate
